libdbix-class-helpers-perl software package provides collection of helpers for DBIx::Class, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libdbix-class-helpers-perl
libdbix-class-helpers-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libdbix-class-helpers-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libdbix-class-helpers-perl *
